Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and any public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times beyond the standard 5–7 business day window.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

Pre-order items will be shipped once the product is available and in stock. The estimated release date is displayed on the product page. Shipping timelines for pre-orders begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
