Return Policy

All sales on IPB Books are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@ipbbooks.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at mail@ipbbooks.in. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are not issued except in cases where IPB Books is unable to fulfil an order. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
